Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: We were never notified previously of this problem. When we arrived, our cabin door was open and lights on. Went to the bathroom and toilet seat was covered in black soot. Plumbing snake was in shower and disposable rubber gloves on the floor. Manager said toilet was backed up and plumber would not be able to fix until Monday. This was Friday Eve. No other rooms available. Luckily we were able to find a nice room at another motel. Beware! Owner runs this motel from Colorado via internet and mobile device. Pictures on Booking.com are all staged. Cabin interior looks nothing like the posted pictures. I suspect other 4 star reviews are staged also. Traveler beware. Cobblestone or Americ Inn, International Falls are better choices.

avoid this place. Pay more for something that is at least clean Positive: nothing Negative: room wasnt ready til almost 5pm. When we were allowed in, the bathroom was never cleaned. There were cigarette butts and poop still in the toilet, and whiskers in the sink.

Won't be back next year or in future Positive: Didn't have b'fast Negative: Room was moldy damp smelling-doubt it had been used previously suspect roof leaks minimal amount of warm/hot water, electric problems upon arrival, lamp and overhead lite didn't work- have stayed there often regularly on my trips into Canada since late 1980's-won't be back
